BEHAVIOR ANALYST

St. Louis Developmental Disabilities Treatment Center

Expected Salary: up to $82,833.30 Annually

St. Louis Developmental Disabilities Treatment Centers currently has an opening for a Behavior Analyst at St. Charles Habilitation Center. The normal schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, with Saturday, Sunday, and State approved holidays off. Working hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm; however, flexibility with working hours (including evenings and nights will be necessary).

What you’ll do:

• Design, implement, and modify behavior support plans for a caseload of up to 35 persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors
• Train staff in Advanced and Basic Safety Care

Eligibility Requirements:

• Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri
• Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
• Strong observation skills
• Ability to get along well with our consumers, family members, co-workers and administration

If you are a current DMH employee: To be eligible to apply for this position, you must not have received a disciplinary action within the past 6 months nor received 8 hours of AWOL within the past 6 months.
